No, not to comics. It’s the next animated movie.

The fact that it’s partially set in Africa means we definitely won’t be seeing it distributed in theaters around here, ever. Those caricatures will never survive any distributor who considers buying it. Let’s hope a streamer is brave enough eventually.

On the bright side, it looks like it’s a brand new story AND it’s not live action, so those are two strong points in its favor.
