Confinement Purge, the 47th episode of the Pipeline Comics Podcast

Episode 47: Confinement Purge

I haven’t done one of these in a couple years: A comics purge, where I reassess what comics means to me, and ditch the ones that I don’t need anymore.

In this episode of the Pipeline Comics Podcast, I’ll go over which comics I’m getting rid of (generally speaking), how many, and why I know I’m getting old in the process.

  1. Coincidentally I am in the process of doing that for my own books as well, and it can be really heart-crushing if those books hold memories, as they do, or if like me you’re overly sentimental 😉 I’ve also considered selling, but it’s a lot of hassle, and considering the current state of the world, people are not rushing to buy books. As a consequence, I turned to other options, donation being one of them. It’s terribly satisfying to give away and make someone happy as those books embark on a new life. Yes, it’s like that latest Toy Story movie. Let’s not get all mushy now. Back to work.
    Be seeing you.
