This week’s column is mostly a review of a new art book from J. Scott Campbell, “Lineology.”  It’s beautiful.  And as I start warming up for #Inktober again, it’s also inspiring.

Watch J. Scott Campbell draw, and wonder how he does it with his thumb tucked in like that. And should I give that a try, too? I bet it alleviates a lot of strain on his thumb when he forces himself to draw more with his arm like that….
