The Pipeline Work Journal

Interested in more of the behind the scenes goings-on from Pipeline World Headquarters?

Want to know which reviews to expect next and what I think of those books first?

For 2019, I began using the Pipeline Patreon page as my work journal. I posted more than 25 times there in January, talking about everything from the oddball CSS details of the website redesign to my writing plans for the rest of the year.

I’ve given early thoughts on books that I later reviewed on the site, thoughts on the podcasts I’ve been listening to, and a whole lot more.

I’ve even teased a new article format I plan on debuting…. soon-ish. I hope.

All of those posts (except one) are public. You can go back and read the entire last month to see if it’s of any interest to you.

If it is, become a Pipeline Patron at any level and you’ll get access to everything. The Work Journal will continue there exclusively for Pipeline Patrons.

And, as always, if I get enough people to hit the first Patreon goal (a manageable $50), the Pipeline Podcast will return. Don’t you want more fun comics material to stick in your ear?

  1. Yes I remember it, pretty much the moment when I gave up on mainstream US comics, after 20-odd years of collecting. But I had friends at the time who were genuinely excited by this!

  2. I was just browsing the Comics Reporter and I found out that today is very special, so Happy Birthday Sir!

    1. Thanks! And, even better, people have clicked through on that link to come visit the site today. Win/win!

And, ahem, BleedingCool.com didn’t mention it today. Tom > Rich now. 😉
